Villa Leticia is a newly built modern villa of exceptional comfort located in Hreljići on the southeast part of the Istrian coast, only 4 km from the sea and 25 km from the biggest town – Pula.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. A separate toilet is available.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or on the balcony enjoying views of the mountains and the swimming pool.
The villa features a safe, a desk, a washing machine, a fan, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dryer, and air conditioning. Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
The main place of the villa is a large swimming pool situated in the middle of a carefully tended garden. Every detail of the villa, the interior and exterior are perfectly decorated and will give you a great experience during your vacation.
